All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday). During the festive season, orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days (Monday to Friday). Each order will have its USPS tracking number automatically sent by email to the customer.
Why don’t we offer free shipping?
We offer highly discounted flat-rate shipping costs based on the size of your order. We have maintained the lowest possible prices for our products and continue to lower our prices whenever we can, but rather than subsidizing the cost of the shipping within our product pricing and offering free or reduced shipping rates, we opt for a more transparent pricing system.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products and for safety and pollution reasons, all sales are final. Check and confirm that the products you purchase follow the specifications of what you want, in relation to size, aroma, ingredients, etc.
